When The Stars Collide
[Verse 1]
You came to me like the morning light,
Felt like home… felt like right.
Your love was warm like a summer breeze,
Held me close… set me free.
[Verse 2]
But sometimes love’s got miles to go,
Up through the highs… down through the lows.
You needed space… you needed time,
To chase your dreams… I had to let you fly.
[Pre-Chorus]
But what we had… it never fades,
It’s written in the stars… it stays.
[Chorus]
And I’ll see you again… in a thousand years,
When the pain is gone… when the sky is clear.
On a mountain high… by a river wide,
I’ll find you there… where the stars collide.
[Verse 3]
I watched you leave with a quiet prayer,
Told myself… this life ain’t fair.
But what we built… can’t come undone,
It’s in every moon… in every sun.
[Verse 4]
So I carry on… but you’re still here,
In every song… in every tear.
Love like ours don’t just let go,
It’s the morning rain… it’s the midnight glow.
[Pre-Chorus]
Yeah, we wrote it in the sky…
It’s forever… it never dies.
[Chorus]
And I’ll see you again… in a thousand years,
When the pain is gone… when the sky is clear.
On a mountain high… by a river wide,
I’ll find you there… where the stars collide.
[Bridge]
Go find your peace… I’ll find mine too,
But this road still leads me back to you.
Through endless skies… through time untold,
Our hearts will meet… this love will hold.
[Verse 5]
The seasons change… but my heart stays,
You’re the melody in every day.
The vow we made… yeah, it still stands,
Still written deep in both our hands.
[Verse 6]
I wait with hope… I sing this song,
The road feels short… even when it’s long.
And when we meet… on that golden line,
We’ll know this love… was worth the climb.
[Final Chorus]
Yeah, I’ll see you again… in a thousand years,
When the pain is gone… and the sky is clear.
On a mountain high… by a river wide,
I’ll find you there… where the stars collide.
[Outro]
Yeah, I’ll find you there… where the stars collide…
In a thousand years…
You’ll be by my side.

When the Stars Collide
“Stuntman on the Run is probably one of the most fun songs I’ve ever written — and honestly, it’s just a wild little tribute to the life I lived for decades.”
“Before all the music and the songwriting, I spent over 30 years as a stuntman.
I traveled everywhere.
Met everyone.
Did things most people only see in movies — falls, fights, ex
There are some connections in life that don’t really end — they just shift. That’s where this song came from. I once loved someone whose presence felt like sunrise… steady, warm, and familiar in a way that made the world feel softer. Being with her felt like coming home after a long journey.
But life has a way of pulling people in different directions. She needed room to grow, room to breathe, room to find whatever peace her soul was chasing. And even though I cared deeply, loving her meant opening my hands instead of holding too tight.
When the Stars Collide came out of that quiet heartbreak — the kind where you’re not angry, you’re not bitter… you just miss what was. It’s about believing that real love doesn’t vanish; it transforms. It lingers in the small things — a song on the radio, a scent in the air, a memory that still warms instead of wounds.
This song is my way of saying that even if the timing wasn’t right in this lifetime, some bonds feel bigger than a calendar, bigger than circumstances. Some loves feel like they’re written somewhere beyond us — in the sky, in the stars, in a place we might return to someday.
It’s not a goodbye song.
It’s a “not now, but maybe someday” song.
A belief that when the noise quiets, when the pain settles, when the universe spins just right…
two souls who once found each other might find their way back again.
Where the stars collide.
plosions, wild rigs, all of it.”
“And when you live that kind of life, you collect stories… the kind you can’t make up.
Small towns, big cities, bar nights, film sets — every place had its own characters and its own kind of chaos.”
“So this song is just me capturing the spirit of that world — the adrenaline, the unpredictability, the friendships, the crazy nights, and the freedom of being young, bold, and always onto the next adventure.”
“It’s not meant to be serious or deep.
It’s a joyride through the memories — a celebration of that era of my life when it felt like the road, the work, and the danger were all one big, wild playground.”
“If you’ve ever lived fast, chased something fearless, or had a chapter of your life that felt larger than you realized at the time… you’ll get this song immediately”
